These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, Skool communities, digital products, courses, events, and all related offerings (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Services Overview
Freedom Teacher provides educational resources, coaching, digital downloads, and access to community platforms for educator entrepreneurs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without notice.

You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes refraining from:

5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some Services are offered for a fee (e.g. courses, memberships). All fees are clearly stated and charged through secure payment processors. Recurring subscriptions (e.g. Skool membership) renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are offered except where required by law.

All content on Freedom Teacher websites and platforms, including text, graphics, video, and branding, is the property of Freedom Teacher unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to offer valuable content, but we make no guarantees of outcomes. You use our Services at your own risk. Freedom Teacher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
